Online returns and exchanges couldn't be easier. To process a return follow these steps and a team member will be in contact with you shortly.
1. Open the return portal: https://publicbikes.returnscenter.com/
2. Enter order number (no uses of # or PB needed) and enter in the email address used when making the order.
3. Select which item/s you'd like to return by clicking the eligible item/s from the dropdown.
4. Select "next" bar at the bottom of the screen
5. Select the the reason you're returning the item/s.
5. Upload images if your product you received is damaged or defective (if not applicable, just select done).
6. Select how we can resolve your return (refund, send a replacement, ect.)
7. Select the applicable return method.
8. Review your return and select "Submit" to complete.
9. A team member will provide you with a label once your return has been approved. Please allow up to 24-48 hours.
10. Print return label and mail back package.
Once the package is delivered back to our warehouse and inspected, the refund (less shipping and assembly) will be initiated.
